Sales and customer follow-up
Clear ownership, dependable next steps, and fewer opportunities lost between inquiry and response.
The operator behind GreyBeardOps
I help Tampa Bay small businesses fix broken follow-up, unclear processes, disconnected tools, and repetitive work.
For more than 30 years, I have worked across telecom, SaaS, sales, and operations. The technology changed, but the recurring problem did not: good people were losing time and customers because information, ownership, and next steps were unclear.
GreyBeardOps brings that experience to owners in Clearwater, St. Pete, Tampa, and beyond. I start with the operating problem, simplify the workflow, and use automation or AI only when it produces a practical result.

Areas of experience
Clear ownership, dependable next steps, and fewer opportunities lost between inquiry and response.
Simpler workflows and tools that exchange the right information without relying on memory or repeated data entry.
Guardrailed automation for repeatable work, with people responsible for judgment, exceptions, and results.
Conversations & appearances
Ken Adams also co-hosts The Disconnect, a podcast where he and his fellow hosts unpack the gap between business strategy and what actually happens in sales, operations, technology, and customer experience.
Through candid conversations and real-world examples, they explore why good ideas break down in execution—and what business leaders can do differently.
